Refund Policy
All sales are final. A sealed deed cannot be edited, transferred, or removed. This is stated on the review screen before any payment is taken, and it is not a formality — permanence is the product.
The one exception
If two people pay for the same plot within the same few seconds, one payment succeeds and the other cannot be placed. That is a failed fulfilment, not a change of mind.
When it happens, the confirmation page says so plainly and shows a reference. That payment is either placed in an equivalent plot or refunded in full — your choice.
What is not a refund reason
A misspelled name, a sin you regret, the wrong circle, or the recipient not finding it funny. The deed is sealed at the moment of payment and cannot be edited afterwards, so check the review screen carefully.
Takedowns are separate
Having a page withdrawn from public view is not a refund and does not require one. The two processes are unrelated.
