Funny Gifts for Your Best Friend
A best friend is the one person whose exact flaw you could name in twenty characters without thinking. That's the gift: you write it down, pick their circle, and it becomes permanent.
Twenty characters is the whole craft
The sin field is capped at twenty characters and the limit does the work. "Leaves you on read for four days" is a complaint. "Left On Read" is a headstone.
- Chronic TexterFor the one who sends nine messages instead of one.
- Last-Slice TakerSelf-explanatory. Gluttony, obviously.
- "Five Mins Away"Fraud. Eighth circle. No further questions.
- Tab HoarderTwo hundred open. Reads none of them.
- Reply GuyLust, and they know it.
What they actually receive
Damnation Vacation sells a numbered, permanent plot in one of Dante's nine circles of Hell. You pay $6.66, pick who it's for, name their cardinal sin in twenty characters or fewer, and choose their circle. They get a public gravestone page with their name on it, their plot number, and a counter tracking how many days they've been down there.
The gift is a link. You send it to them, they open it and find their own grave, and then they send it to whoever they think belongs next to them. That's the whole thing.
Why it survives the group chat
Because it's a link, not an object. They will screenshot it. Someone else will ask for one. That's usually how a second plot gets bought.
Common questions
What do you get a best friend who says they don't want anything?
Something that costs almost nothing, takes up no space, and is impossible to ignore. A $6.66 permanent grave with their name on it clears all three.
How long is the cardinal sin allowed to be?
Twenty characters. The limit is deliberate — short reads better on a headstone.
Can I change the sin later?
No. Once the deed is sealed it cannot be edited, transferred or removed. Write it carefully.
